My Daily Vitamin Stack

Morning

  • Vitamin C (1000mg) — a strong antioxidant that supports immune function and collagen synthesis, and helps counter oxidative stress from training.
  • Vitamin D — regulates calcium absorption and bone health; low levels are tied to immune and mood issues, especially with limited sun exposure.
  • Vitamin B Complex (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, biotin, folic acid, B12) — supports energy metabolism, nervous system function, and red blood cell production.
  • Vitamin A & E Complex — A supports vision and immune function; E is a fat-soluble antioxidant protecting cell membranes from oxidative damage.
  • Astaxanthine — one of the most potent carotenoid antioxidants, linked to skin, eye, and joint protection.
  • NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) — a glutathione precursor, supporting the body’s main antioxidant pathway and liver detox.
  • Turmeric (with ginger & black pepper) — curcumin has anti-inflammatory effects; the black pepper (piperine) massively boosts its otherwise poor absorption.
  • Inulin — a prebiotic fiber that supports digestion and microbiome diversity, with modest evidence for improved blood sugar and cholesterol markers as a side effect of a healthier gut.
  • Creatine — one of the most well-studied supplements for strength and muscle performance, with emerging evidence for cognitive benefits.

Evening

  • Magnesium (2 pills) — supports muscle relaxation, sleep quality, and nervous system regulation; commonly under-consumed in modern diets.
  • Omega-3 from algae (2 pills) — a vegan EPA/DHA source for cardiovascular and cognitive health, without fish-oil sourcing/mercury concerns.
  • Calcium complex with K1, K2, D3 — calcium for bone density, K1/K2 to direct it into bone rather than soft tissue/arteries, D3 to aid absorption.
